The Hawthorne Inn offers four neighborhoods of care and residents experience independence, along with the security of knowing that health care services are available to enhance their life and meet their changing needs. Within the Hawthorne Inn, you will find a downtown plaza featuring unique shops such as: Goldie’s Gifts, Nick’s Sweet Shoppe, Town Square Restaurant, Beauty & Barber Shop, Village Liberty, and the Physician Consultation Room.
This assisted living center caters to people that need a little extra help in their daily lives, but not the extensive care of a nursing home. The Hawthorne Inn offers three levels of service to meet the needs of our residents in a safe and secure environment.

Independence Court
Independence Court provides a real alternative to nursing home care. This neighborhood specializes in four levels of assisted living care in a warm beautiful atmosphere. Independence Court creates an environment where life is vibrant, secure, and independent along with offering support, friendship, and the assistance seniors need to live a full life.

Garden Court
Garden Court is a specialized Alzheimer/Dementia neighborhood designated for care of residents with various types of these disorders. The focus of the neighborhood is safety and keeping the resident at their optimum level of function. It will provide a quiet, stress-reduced atmosphere. Each resident will be allowed to move at their own pace with staff supervision and cueing to accomplish the activities of daily living.

Manor Court
Manor Court offers simply the finest in skilled nursing care. This skilled nursing neighborhood has an attentive staff to meet each resident’s individual needs. Manor Court is staffed by 24-hour licensed nursing professionals who monitor each resident’s medical, mental, and emotional needs and are dedicated to providing an exceptional quality of life to every resident.
